Last 24th January 2008 the Provincial Council regulated the production of the Pulped Tomatoes, that will be added to the other products that bear “Lodigiano Terra Buona” seal quality.
Through the monitoring of all the manufacturing phases, from harvest to distribution, the reference Trademark of the Province of Lodi emphasizes the tradition of the local agroindustrial sector and protects the wellbeing of the animals and environment and the health of the consumers.
The agroindustrial enterprises of the province of Lodi can send in an application to join the “Lodigiano Terra Buona” quality trademark that, together with the new entry of the Pulped Tomatoes, it already offers a basket of warranteed products, characterized by tradition, genuineness and excellence as cheeses, raw milk, rice, mais, sausages and fresh meet coming from twenty farms in the territory. |
